The project was completed in November 2022 on time and under budget as SRM were able to negate spending of Provisional Sums and make use of Value Engineering options.

SRM were instructed to carry out the Landlord's Fit Out Works on a disused Lidl Supermarket in Hinckley to create 4nr units.

Install new jumbo partition walls.

Block A – 4 Storey Office Building.

SRM Construction have been instructed to complete the full construction of a new 36 studio apartment Student Accommodation in Coventry for client, Lota Heights. Works commenced in July 2019 with the works programmed to finish at the end of May.
Due to site logistics, the project is having to be completed in two phases with Phase 1 well underway with the superstructure of Phase 2 beginning early March.

SRM were instructed to complete strip out of redundant M&E equipment and install new metal tile suspended ceilings, partitions, tape and joint, fire stopping and carry out the external clean of the building.

SRM Management Team were involved from conception to completion of the extensive refurbishment of the Grade II* listed Victorian Gothic Binswood Hall, to form the centrepiece of a new retirement village.
The development comprises of 90 high quality apartments for the over 55s and a host of facilities for residents.
Facilities include a bistro, bar, restaurant, library and health & wellbeing centre, which includes a swimming pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms. Works also included new build elements and demolition of a 1960’s extension.

SRM's Director was involved in the delivery of Phase 2 of a £40m, 7-year partnership with Coventry City Council to deliver in excess of 5,500 pupil places at over 25 schools.
